Where are you based?

I am based in Bendigo, Victoria.

When will you update your online store?

Online store restock dates are listed on social media. 

How long will it take to receive my online order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping times apply.

Where do you ship to?

I ship all over Australia. 

Do you offer local pickup and delivery?

Yes. Please select 'local pickup' or ‘local delivery’ from the shipping menu. Pickup is available on designated days as stated during the checkout process. Local deliveries are made within two days of sale. 

Conscious delivery

A large amount of packaging is required to ensure your order arrives safely. To minimise the impact on the environment I only use boxes and cushioning products that are pre-used and donated to me. If you see wrinkles or tears in the packaging I use, know that I'm doing my bit to look after our environment.

Do you take custom orders?

I don't sorry.

Do you accept cash?

All payments are made via my online store. 

Are your pieces food safe?

Yes they are.

Are there special care instructions?

All pieces are dishwasher safe but hand wash is recommended to take extra care of them. Unglazed areas are more prone to stain with time. Matt glazes, when compared with gloss ones, will be more likely to develop cutlery marks or stain. This is something that I believe can add to the character of each piece.

Do not expose pieces to drastic changes in temperature. Roasting dishes should be sat in oven while pre-heating.

What is your refunds policy?

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange (for a piece of equivalent value) if an item has a major problem. This includes when the piece:

  • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the description,

(i.e. the piece is broken or cracked). Imperfections are not faults and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.
